Promotion Terms and Conditions * Promotion valid only from Monday through Friday. * Prices include VAT and service charge. * Breakfast service hours: 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. * Lunch and dinner service hours: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Applicable to purchases made directly at the ticket office or online. * Promotion valid for a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 10 people per purchase and/or table. The promotion is personal and includes, at the consumer’s choice and responsibility: * Juice or fruit * American coffee (up to 2 refill cups) or 1 cup of tea * Green or red chilaquiles with 1 egg * 2 plain molletes * 3 pancakes Table Assignment * Table seating and assignment will be carried out according to the restaurant’s availability, operations, and logistics. * Specific seating areas, including preferred sections or terrace corner tables, cannot be guaranteed due to restaurant setups, private events, operational capacity, and service dynamics. Outside Food and Beverages * Bringing outside food or beverages into the establishment is not permitted. ⸻ Reservations for Groups Larger Than 10 People * Groups of more than 10 people purchasing regular or tourist packages must make a reservation at least 3 calendar days in advance. * However, due to restaurant availability and operational logistics, reservations are recommended at least 7 calendar days in advance. * Advance group reservations help the restaurant plan supplies, seating arrangements, and service logistics, ensuring a more comfortable, organized, and efficient experience for all guests. Reservation Grace Period * All reservations are subject to a maximum grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. * If guests do not arrive within the established grace period, the reservation may become subject to availability and reassignment in accordance with the restaurant’s operations.
